17 & 18 550 hours

I have created an annual plan for each age group that will give the athlete about the required amount over the whole year. However, the athlete should really discuss their personal circumstances with their coaches as thing like exams are not taken into account in the group plans.
The plans are written in excel and can be downloaded by clicking under the relevant age group.
